My blog aims to inspire you to make healthy choices and take positive steps towards a better lifestyle. A lifestyle that is achievable, and results that you’ll feel on the inside and notice on the outside.
I work in the health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist and I offer Nutrition and Lifestyle consultations. I am studying for a degree in English Literature, specialising in Creative Writing, and I LOVE writing about food! I’m teaching myself Food Photography and I hope you’ll see some great dishes that make you want to go out and buy the ingredients and get busy in the kitchen!
